Asun Hails Oborevwori’s Three Years of Impactful Leadership, Urges Massive Support in 2027.

The President of Ekete Community in Udu Local Government Area of Delta State and Senior Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Political Matters, Chief Johnbull Asun has congratulated the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff F.O. Oborevwori, on his third anniversary in office and his emergence as the governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) following the recently concluded primary election.

In a congratulatory message made available to newsmen, Chief Asun described Governor Oborevwori as a focused, visionary, and people-oriented leader whose administration has continued to provide purposeful governance and sustainable development across Delta State.

According to him, the Governor’s achievements within the past three years have justified the confidence reposed in him by the people of the state, noting that the administration’s MORE Agenda has continued to bring meaningful progress and visible transformation to different sectors of the state economy.

Chief Asun explained that the MORE Agenda, which stands for Meaningful Development, Opportunities for All, Realistic Reforms, and Enhanced Peace and Security, has positively impacted the lives of Deltans through infrastructural development, improved welfare policies, empowerment programmes, and the promotion of peace and unity across the state.

He commended Governor Oborevwori for his commitment to good governance, grassroots development, and inclusive leadership, stressing that the governor has demonstrated capacity, humility, and dedication in the discharge of his responsibilities.

Chief Asun further stated that the emergence of Governor Oborevwori as the APC governorship candidate was a clear reflection of the confidence and trust reposed in him by party faithful and the people of Delta State.

He therefore called on all sons and daughters of Udu Kingdom, as well as Deltans across the state, to continue supporting the governor and to vote massively for him in the 2027 general elections in order to consolidate on the gains already recorded by the administration.

“As a people-oriented leader, Governor Oborevwori has shown genuine commitment towards the growth and development of Delta State. His administration has remained focused on delivering democratic dividends to the people, and there is no doubt that greater achievements will be recorded with continued support from Deltans,” Chief Asun stated.

He prayed for God’s guidance, wisdom, and strength upon the governor as he continues to pilot the affairs of the state.
